Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide the streaming equipment?
If desired, we can provide the equipment (computer, monitor(s), mixer, microphones, etc.) needed to produce the stream for both on-site and online events.
How long does it take to setup for a stream?
The time it takes to setup for a stream can vary quite a bit depending on the location of the event (on-site or online), if equipment is provided or not, and the sheer size of the event itself.
Generally speaking, we’d prefer to have at least 90 minutes available to set up and run a test prior to the event’s start time.
Can you create personalized stream templates?
Yes, as part of our production package, you have the option to select the creation of personalized stream templates.
We’ll work with you leading up to the event to ensure that the templates are to your liking and that all potential events sponsors are happy with them as well.
Is it possible to get a recorded copy of the stream?
Yes, once the stream concludes, you’ll have the option to download a copy of it.
What organizations have you worked with before?
We have worked with a number of different organizations in the Washington, D.C. area from small businesses to professional sports and esports teams.
We have done production work for D.C. United, the Virginia Youth Soccer Association, Esports Fair Play, Game Gym, and more.
In addition to the organizations listed above, we have also shoutcasted events for the NBA2K League, Washington Wizards, Washington Capitals, Washington Justice, and more.
What games/titles have you shoutcasted before?
So far we have shoutcasted FIFA, NBA2K, NHL, Rocket League, Fortnite, League of Legends, and VALORANT; however, we are always open to taking on new titles and further utilizing our depth of esport knowledge.
Will you assist with organizing the tournament?
While our main focus will be on producing and/or shoutcasting the event, we’d be glad to assist with organizing the tournament as need be. If you would like someone to focus solely on managing the tournament, we’d be happy to get you in touch with one of our trusted partners as well.
Will you promote our event on social media?
If you’d like us to, we would be happy to assist with marketing and advertising for your event on our related social media channels, streams, and podcasts.
