A major bombshell dropped in the form of an unlikely partnership. Riot Games co-founder Marc Merrill announced during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase that Riot is making its titles available on Xbox Game Pass.

Subscribers to Xbox Game Pass will receive access to thousands of dollars of in-game content to a wide spread of Riot’s games. League of Legends players will have access to all 160 champions in-game and day one access to all new champions. VALORANT players on Xbox Game Pass will unlock all 18 agents and could get access to future agents. Wild Rift will have similar benefits as mobile players will unlock all 80 champions and get day one access to all new champions as well.

While most titles will unlock all characters in-game, Teamfight Tactics players will not unlock all Little Legends characters, but will unlock a rotation of Tier One Little Legends.

Xbox and Riot Games have confirmed there will be more benefits announced at a later date for Xbox Game Pass subscribers that play Riot Games titles. The benefits to subscribers are slated to begin in Winter 2022.
