Chip Kelly had it all and found some way to mess it all up, but something tells me we haven’t seen the last of him as a head coach yet. With two trips to the playoffs over the last three seasons in the NFL, he is going to have many people asking for his services.

The question now remains: where does he go from here? Here are a few of my thoughts on where he could end up.

Tennessee Titans

The Titans are the odds on favorite in the NFL to hand Kelly a new job. He would have a chance to run his offense with his former college quarterback, Marcus Mariotta, and have a chance to bring the team to dominance. The big cloud hanging over a move like this is how much control the Titans would give Kelly if he were to join the team. Everyone around the Eagles would agree that Kelly is a genius, but he wasn’t very good with his players.

Miami Dolphins

Looking to make a splash in the Sunshine State, the Dolphins will take a good look at Kelly as a chance to put more meat in the seats. He has a young QB in Ryan Tannehill, and a very young team that may be more willing to buy into the extreme style Kelly has.

College Teams

Behind the Titans, this is where I expect to find Kelly next year. There are a few schools out there that could lose some high profile coaches to the NFL or to the next big gig. Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin has been linked to the NFL before and there are other major schools that could look to take the next big step and dump who they have to bring recruits back to their school, namely the Texas Longhorns. UCLA could be another place for Kelly to call home. A chance for him to recruit and play in the PAC 12 again would be a huge advantage to him.

But what do you think? Only time will tell.
